on rainy days...i cook, & sew. =P

it has been raining for the past few days!

so heavy rain.. sigh sigh sigh.

so i always feel so sleepy in the afternoon.

and i feel so tired also because i havent worked out recently.

worse still...

i made peanut butter cups that day!

oh so nice.. really! =P

so sweet... it is peanut butter, icing sugar, sugar and butter and choc!!

healthy right??

good for those who are dieting...hor? =D

and then..yesterday mom made cheese cake. sigh!! 

all the good food.

who will want to exercise after that? kekekekkk..

anyway, nothing much to update.

i did sewing yesterday!

"old-school" sewing i call it. 

lol... with hand. not machine. 

hahaha... 

i made Mr. Red.... =D

i love sewing actually.... yalah..i'm old fashion la. but i think it's fun. >.<

using machine or by hand...fun!!

i dont care what you guys say! i love it then can.

i spent about one hour making Mr. Red. hehe...

kept redoing the stitching...and the stuffing with cotton part.

 aiyo.. did it three times then only perfect!

i want it to be nice. it is for a brave soldier.

what happened today? 

hmm.... ate two bananas for breakfast.

i normally dont eat bananas...i dont like them. dont know why.

but i started to eat them...cuz i read it is good for you.

makes your mood happier, and somehow helps you study better.

so i wil eat them for this time...till saturday. =D

studied........alot of math. gosh. 

baked cupcakes to relieve stress. hehe.... =P

vanilla cupcakes..with mocha icing. 

yumms..

plus the coffee keeps me awake!

most of you know i DONT like coffee..

but with so much icing sugar and chocolate..cant really taste la..so it's ok. =D

high on sugar right now.

and the latest "scenes" that we have just watched. =P

today,...i went to take some pics of Rusty.

He's been sick the past few week.

well let me update about my day first...

the first thing Marcus said to me was, "Teacher, ur front hair (he means my fringe) so long liao.. why you dont cut o??"

so i replied him...

then he said, "i want you go cut like a boy oh. then you go put gel ya?"

sarah smiles.....nothing to say. =S

yea....i have thought of cutting like boy style before....but no la. this is short enough. i am finally starting to miss my long hair. tiba tiba. lol.

the LC was very quiet today because someone was absent.

hmmm... lunch time, ate with lui and ting n sophia.. had fun.

after studying till 3pm....i went to the Lo's house while waiting for Andrew to finish his guitar class.

watched Kung Fu Panda with deborah. =)

got home..... worked out...i walked 1.2km only. =S

then i cooked baked rice for tomorrow's lunch.

then cooked wedges for dinner.

fried them instead of baked them this time. so much better!

nop...no pics of the great food. =P

but i was cooking for like more than an hour!

i was sweating like anything.... hence the title of this post. haha...

5 mins... choc heaven!

i post this specially for all those chocolate lovers out there... and especially for my darling rach and lui and nat. =P

how to reach chocolate heaven in just 5 minutes!!

forget about cuppy cakes.... here's a recipe for a 5 minute chocolate MUG cake. lol.

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
a small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high).
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.

last and most important step.... EAT!! (can serve two....if you're generous.... as if!! )
