long weekend ahead...

i've just got home. 

today was a long day... the whole morning it was power cut. phew.....so hot man! luckily we are up high so the wind was very strong. the kids were all complaining....i felt so sleepy cuz of the power cut too. 

thank goodness...before lunch time it came back. i spent the later part of the morning teaching tommy how to read again. grrrr....i have no idea HOW many times i have taught him how to read the word "as"...yet he stil reads it as "name".... =.= i wanted to faint. "wind" he reads as "sky".... "called" he read as "move"...............................................

after lunch...i did some study..... hmmm.... 

had staff meeting at 3pm because tomorrow we dont have any. tomorrow we are going on a field trip to the Museum. =) looking forward to this outting with my kids.. hehe.

tonight...going out for dinner..... with the speaker of the talk last night. 

update on yesterday...

last night......i went to Christ Church to listen to the Chinese Traditions and Christian Beliefs....went with my cell group. fun fun fun....

just came home from teaching tambourine. no voice!! grrr... have to keep shouting "ONE TWO THREE FOUR...." over and over and over and OVERRRRRRRRRRR again. =S

and i almost got killed. lol. my 宝宝 isaac was SOOOO happy n excited that he got a pattern correct....he threw his tambourine...and guess who it was flying towards... =.=

lovely day tho... had a good time with my mentoring group this morning. gave them a whole box of chocs to share....so of course they were so good. =D and told them stories and gave them stickers....

we took the whole class to the resource center to buy things. they were SO excited.. they bought alot of stuff.... 

lunch at 1pm today because it was a special farewell for mdm. Mary and Ps. Genry.... sat with Cikgu Ivy, Sam, n Cikgu Donald... talked and talked and talked.... 

yesterday nothing much happened. =P 

tonight...going to Christ Church again.....

today, i spent some time reading story books to my little ones. these story books had stickers too..so they loved it. 

i got two pairs of cute socks too... haha... stars... =P

dropped by the Lo's to see becca...cuz she also has high fever. 

came home.... made baked cheese toast cuz i was hungry!!

worked out... =p

went to visit josh at the hospital again. had a good time talking to him and his sisters and mom. hope he recovers fully SOON!.. sent deb n becca back to their house to get some more clothes and stuff. 

came home and ate dinner... chat to betty n rach for a while. elizeBETh (only hao, betty and rach will understand!! =P) when is our photoshoot o!! excited man!! lol.

just showered....

working out and eating..

i worked out today!! woohoo... =P 

brisked walked 2km...did lunges, and sit ups... =D 

then...i went and make two pieces of cheese toast. =S

then watched tv till 6.30pm. showered and went out to dinner. pak kut teh...saw nobert. 

hmmm....

recent happenings..

friday: had PE....i enjoyed playing with my little ones. chasing them and playing all sorts of games. had staff meeting as usual...and we had donuts!! thanks, uncle paul! he bought 3 dozen!! goshh.... so so much!

saturday: went out with jon to celebrate his bday... actually his bday is tomorrow but he's traveling. =.= well, we went to city mall. ate at Old Town...then we went to walk walk. looked for the new furniture shop... so nice o!! i love the pink bed, and the HUGE mirror. =D yes....we were carrying his cake around city mall. like so po o!!! went to shoe shop too......EVERYTHING was half price!! AHHHH!!!!! faints. saw melo....she is doing road show. 

then, we went to starbucks to yam cha. and talked and talked. so fun la. had a good time with them. then i went home for lunch with parents. =)

saturday (continued): afternoon...i slept from like 3 till 6pm!! lol. then ate dinner.....then after i sent Andrew to youth, we went to visit JG at SMC.... first time i went there. so nice!! he's getting better.....still can make us laugh as usual. that's a good sign. =)

today.... my kids were lovely today. except kelvin and marcus. grrr..... can get so angry with them sometimes. 

after mentoring...while waiting for the bell to ring...

isaac asked me how old am i... 

me, "18 lor..."

isaac, "hah??  18? why so...so younger already?"

me, "mmm.....you thought i am how old oh?"

isaac... looks blur blur... "i thought you are big people?? why you are still small people like me??"

me: smile at his cuteness!!! pat his head.... he says im young!! goshh...i feel younger liao. haha

sigh. they are so cute. and he danced the waltz with me too. =.=

with turns and i even dipped him! cuz obviously he cant dip me. =S

i love all of them "little people"...my students....my kids. 

i just like to sit and watch them.... so cute. so carefree..

their life is just food, play, fun, read books, make paper cranes, eat, birthday parties.. =S 

but they can understand more than you think! today...i was reading them the story of Joseph and his colorful coat..

i got to the part where his brothers were jealous of him. so i asked them "do you know what is jealous??"

marcus's explanation was: "if got two boys..and they like one girl. if the this boy go to kiss the girl n all that..then the that boy will here GRRR n jealous lo??"

i was like... ".........................." speechless oh. how old are they again? they watch too much tv!!! =S

but it shows they know what im talking about la.

oh well. after work...came home and worked out! woohoo..

then baked brownies.... =D extra chocolatey!! with dark choc bits inside..and on top!! drools..

i finally got my laptop back!! it was taken to reformat because got alot of virus!! yippee...

well let me update about my day first...

the first thing Marcus said to me was, "Teacher, ur front hair (he means my fringe) so long liao.. why you dont cut o??"

so i replied him...

then he said, "i want you go cut like a boy oh. then you go put gel ya?"

sarah smiles.....nothing to say. =S

yea....i have thought of cutting like boy style before....but no la. this is short enough. i am finally starting to miss my long hair. tiba tiba. lol.

the LC was very quiet today because someone was absent.

after studying till 3pm....i went to the Lo's house while waiting for Andrew to finish his guitar class.

then i cooked baked rice for tomorrow's lunch.

then cooked wedges for dinner.

fried them instead of baked them this time. so much better!

my little ones were quite naughty today. kena "fa zhan" by madam mary because they were so noisy. i didnt scold them that much today. haha... we'll see what tomorrow brings.. lol.

got home and i watched tv for a while. cook dinner of lamb chop, hash browns, and omellette for myself before i went to ballet.

drove to ballet... luckily not traffic jam today. good class..... drove home...not traffic jam too!! wee....so got home within 15 mins.

now punching away at the keys chatting to my darling rach.... she misses her other half.. =P wakakkakaka...

oh well... will go to shower and sleep soon.

afternoon...went to museum to see see look look... because..of some reason you will know in....15 days!! =P

at home.. worked out!! woohoo.... walked/jogged 1.8km. lol. then cooked dinner...... pasta! hehe..

had worship prac at night. missed rach..she didnt go. but i saw JON!!!! arrghh...terus gave him a big hug. miss him so much too. hehe... he wants vanilla!! =D

got home early....9.30pm home already! wow..... terus shower...and on9 to chat to darlings...

my wednesday...

today, a considerably good day. not so tiring.. didnt feel as sleepy as normal. maybe the exercise is working. lol...

wierd.. the more i sleep, the more tired i get. if i exercise....i have more energy. =.=

but i almost fainted... sigh. while doing drill for some of the kids for their math.....
11-7=10.. ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!? slaps head....
10-9=10...........................!!!!!! speechless....

and another student.... omigosh....

me: "sigh.........................."

that was the first part of the morning la. after break, i was just shredding plastic. lol. was shredding those pompom for a dance the kids are gonna do. =S all i see is yellow......

anyway, also had interest group today. was good la.. the kids learn fast.

back home..... exercised... toning and stretching and aerobics. =P
immediately after exercise...ate a chocolate bar. =D

i have never been di-manja by so many kids in one day! faints...

first, after mentoring while waiting for the bell to ring, i was sitting on the chair and my baobao kelvin came n squeeze in with me and lean on me and pull my hands to hug him. =.= adorable!!

then.... Genesis kept pulling my shirt when she wants to go toilet and i asked her to wait. sigh. and when i asked her to finish off her math before going to chinese class, she leaned on my tummy and said she wants to sleep...she even did fake snoring sounds. omigosh.... these kids are just too cute!

and marcus.... oh marcus. sighh....... no words to describe this lil dude. =S

once i got home, i changed and worked out!! woohooo... walked 2.4km! =P

ate crab for dinner! so so yummy..... my fav! =D

another birthday

today was Genesis' birthday. she turned 8.

so we celebrated it during break time on 7th floor lor. had loads of food again... fries, nuggets, hotdogs, noodles, jellies, cake, candy.....

our break was 40 minutes.... lol.

when fang gung, had lunch with lui, ting, vun, sophia, n kelvin.

it's raining now....

i got to exercise!! =D

waterfall!!

woohoo!!!

went to the Kionsom waterfall today again!

the whole Lo family, me and josh.

haha...

on the way, it was raining so so SO heavily... so we got lost.

so it took us about an hour to get there.... normally takes half hour.

because of the rain...darling rach couldnt go. =(

we had alot of fun.

reached there, we just stood around first because it was stil raining..

then when it stopped raining....we went into the water!

it was all brown...haha.

hmm.. we did cliff jumping again.

i jumped off twice. wow.. personal record.

poor josh...he had about 3 heart attacks. hehe....

he panics very easily. =P

once was cuz dave slipped down the waterfall!!

i also screamed...and after a few seconds..dave didnt come up to the surface see...

so i also shouted to josh ask him to jump in after dave..

but dave came up la.... lol

once josh saw dave...he was so relieve he grabbed his heart and lied down on the rocks.

friday..

it's Good Friday today.

woke up at 5.30am! because we went to clean our grandparents, great grandparents, great granduncles, etc gaves. alot of mosquitos and long grass... =S but fun tho...somehow.

after cleaning graves..... i sweat by the way....climbing over all the graves and sweeping the leaves is hard work man! so i guess that counts as my workout for today. =D we went to Kuo Man coffee shop to eat breakfast. it's a tradition...every year after cleaning graves the whole family wil surely go to that shop.

got home by 7.45am... didnt know what to do so i watched tv for a bit. then i slept from 9.30am till 11.30am...

had to wake up and get ready to go to GF service....

saw B there! haha.... she was sitting at the side...but i kept laughing when i spotted her. she also there laughing.....lol.

stayed at service till 1pm and went to the Lo's house....went to buy McD cuz was hungry....and now im at home.

dave n andrew are plying Wii downstairs..... WWE. =.=
