23-24 june. shrimp fishing and flowers.

june 23::
shrimp fishing is fun!

we went to a beach very near to the house.. it was very strong winds but not cold...cuz we were all bundled up in our jackets and scarves.

Gogo Tomas dragged the net through the water.... (the sea was too rough that day..so not many shrimp)

then mom and I sorted them..

we threw back the fish and let the crabs go.. just took the shrimps.

btw...shrimps are NOT the same as prawns. they are tiny...really TINY!

we only keep the shrimps.. the crabs and fish we throw back to the sea.

as usual...

june 24::
went out to a flower shop about one hour drive from Oostende. that shop was huge.. sold flowers.real and fake... and many other household things and craft things. nice shop. i bought some pressies and gummies.
went back home for lunch... ate our shrimp that we caught the day before.. and also some other shellfish. those that Mr. Bean ate in the Mr. Bean Movie. haha...

afternoon..just lazed about in the house.. watched some tv. and went into the garden to pick some fruit. cherries, strawberries, raspeberries...

dinner was smoked fish and bread.

after dinner, sat and watched movies togther.. stayed up till 12 midnight watching Poseidon. only me and Gogo Tomas stayed till the end... mom, uncle and aunt all went off early...

showered.
slept at about 12.30.....
