night out

haha,.... tonight i went to Bronte's house for dinner... she's back from the outback (Aus..) and here for her summer holidays. Kristen and her family also were there...

then after dinner, went out with kimmy, jon loh, luke, desmond... i sat kimmy's car for the first time!! hehe... she is a safe driver btw. =P went to a new place called....erm.. Conrado... or something. =S very nice atmosphere....even had a stage with insturments and lights for jamming..like a mini concert.

so desmond went and asked the people if we could jam..they said "of cos..." ans they set up everything....then so toh soi!! these boys so shy to jamming.. my bro went up to sing a few songs la... and i went to ply around with the drums... we dont live here...so...what the heck!! haha....

had loads of fun. so nice to catch up with kimmy..... see how her life is...and listen to all the latest gossips!!! kekekkekkk. hmm hmmm... here is pics of me n her at where we yam cha-ed.

i just arrived back at my darling little hoometown today.....

the last time i came back was like.....two years ago!

on the way from the airport to the church....i looked out my window to see how much i could recognize. to my surprise alot of things were still the same as they were 2 years ago.....but there were also some new buildings la.
got to church....wow.....still the same! so comforting to come back to a familiar place! i saw my old house....awww....so adorable.....i saw the old swing that we had ever since i was a baby! hehe..

went out for lunch with kristen n ta n family... so lovely to see them again! after a yummy lunch at 'da bai dong'....i accompanied ta n ten to go cut hair because they wanted to cut short hair just like mine.

so we went to town.....kristen wanted to cut at Valentino, Ta was at Ken's hair. so since i had to accompany both of them...i was running back n forth from one saloon to the other. lol.. they look so so awesome!! *pics wil be uploaded soon..* from the back...we all look the same! haha.... they look very very mature n stylish. hehe.. kristen was so happy with her new hairstyle...lol.

went to watch movie with them after that... Transporter 3... =S because the boys wanted to watch that.

hmmm... back at the flat now.....going out for dinner with Bronte *long lost friend? lol...*....then after that going out yam cha with my dear kimmy... hehe

worth the wait..

not everything is worth the wait to me... and sometimes i can be quite impatient to get what i want. but.................today was different.

my altime favorite food in the whole wide world is..............CRAB!! i really like eating crab. =D

tonight i went out for dinner..just me, mommy n daddy. we went to Diamond restaurant in Luyang there. i never went to this restaurant before...but it was very very full.
so after finnaly getting a table...we ordered 3 types of nodles to try and share..and one big plate of crab!

and waited!!!!!!............

45 minutes later!..................................................................one plate of our noodles came... hokkien mian. very very nice. then 10 minutes later the fried noodles and the crab came..... and finally the mee hoon lor.

yummy yummy!! the crab was so so good! we ordered the "jin xiang" crab.... (golden flavor???)...

after almost one hour just waiting for our food to come....we finished it all in...hmm..about 25mins. lol. we were all so so hungry!


mmm mmmm.... it was really worth the wait. i enjoyed dinner so so much. =))


all worth it...........just to eat some delicious CRAB!

sigh.. well....today was such a tiring day! i had to go down to school to do the freakin yearbook. haiz..those committee members! didnt even do anything and now need me and cikgu ivy who are not in the committee to do it during our holiday! what kin dof 'committee' is this o??? no use de! haizz.. seriously!! step up n take responsibility bah! teachers ask you guys to come do the yearbook..all of you give excuse "nt free." "no car".."sleep.." what the heck!! my holiday and i need to go back to school and do YOUR work!! next time dont join the committee if you're nt gonna be any use!! haiz.... buat orang marah saja.

anyways..... me and cikgu ivy worked till night on the yearbook. grrrr... these people....!!

home SWEET home

just came home today from Labuan....

we stayed at the Grand Dorsett Hotel... it was really nice and posh.. had flat screen tvs, ASTRO (yay!! i didnt miss any episodes..haha) huge walk in closets, bathtubs (i love), balcony, and all those normal hotel stuff.

The day we arrived, by ferry, we checked into the hotel and went out for lunch. we went to a kopi tiam, very nice food. wierd though....the first time i was asked to go and write down the orders of our table. =S the uncle at the chiken rice stall handed me a piece of paper and said to me, "liang moi ah,.. nah xie xia lai ni yao chi se me..." (english: girl, write down wht you want to eat) LOL! i was like...errm...ok. so i went, like a waiter haha, and wrote down what everyone at our table wanted lor.

after our yummy yummy lunch... we went to a church members house. we had to buy turkey (YUMMS), ham, lamb leg, hot dogs, etc for X-mas dinner! haha... and bought some bottles of wine too.

after that, we went back to the hotel. I went down to the pool while my brother and dad swam... i just read my novel while loundgin on the beach chairs...

Went out for dinner... satay!! by the beach de...

then went to shop at the shopping mall opposite our hotel. went back to the hotel and ate potato chips while watching tv. thank goodness there was astro!!!

the nex morning, we checked out of the hotel, and drove to buy CHOCOLATE!! the whole purpose of our trip. haha.. wow...i tell u, i could have lived in that shop! from the outside it is like an old stuffy shop...you would NEVER expect to find any chocolate there. but at the back ther was this air-con room that had laods of nice chocolate on display. not only that, there was a huge huge storeroom (more like a warehouse!) full of boxes and boxes of chocs!! really, the stacks of boxes were double my height! the uncle said "jus walk thru the store and if you see anything you want, jus rip open the box and take it ok?" he even opened some boxes ad let us eat the chocs. haha.

wel.....do i need to tell you what else happened after that? i almost went crazy.

well.....in the end......we bought abt RM1,300++ worth of...em....goodies. =D

got them all at a very very discounted price.

ahh... our main purpose of travelling to labuan was fulfilled! we could now go home. haha... we went to da pao KFC and went to the ferry.......

reached home at about 6something.. unpacked all our lovely chocolate. =))

will upload pics later.....no time now. have to go rest because tomorrow i have to wake up early for my driving test! arrrghhhh.......................

today i am so so happy. =)

i went out with my best friend from tawau, pei pei, and her cousin/my darling, rach.
p'sis supposed to come too, but she couldnt make it! sniff....
we went to 1B. ate sushi....then after that we went with rach and ben n jye to ply at the arcade. hehe. it was so fun oh!! we were crazy... played basketball, racing, and those hitting drum thingie...like o2jam. haha

after tht...we watched movie!! TWILIGHT!!!!! OMG.....edward is so so handsome!! arrrggh....his eyes are mesmerizing. the moment he appear on the screen, i look at rach, rach look at me........AHHH!!!!!!!
haha... btw, rach has watched this movie THREE times!! see? does this not give you enough proof that the main character is a hottie? lol.. i wouldnt mind watching it three more times either. so so nice. cant wait for the sequel....2 yrs!! =(

got home...tired. a bit sad. everytime i see peipei or one of my besties from tawau, i will cry when we say goodbye. but this time didnt la....had to control because we were in public. lol. i dont know why.....but even though we have been apart for like, 2 years, when we get back together, it's as if we never even were apart. and when it's time to leave and say goodbye, it's as if i was moving away all over agian. sigh. i miss her already.
well, at least i got her cousin, my darling rach, to be here with me....hehe...and keep me crazy. =P

i just got home..

today church service was good. i danced today....very glad that the worship went well. vry proud of my dancers, especially the kids, for dancing so well and remembering the patterns.
after church i went to city mall with nat for lunch n gai gai.. we walked around, and went to shop for shoes and dresses... =P didnt buy anyth la..jus WINDOW shop. haha. must control bah. and we bought necklaces, with our names de! and we went into Body Shop and Elianto to try on the makeups and i painted my nails a few colors to try. and i bought a blue nail polish. lol

so so tired..... tonight going out for movie with my bros and mom. hmmmm........

SPM is finally over for me, for us!! yay!!!!

today was our last n final paper, EST! it was very easy actually... Only 3 of our SPM gang took the paper....so me, Bryan, n Kah Yee went together..... found our class n sat down nest to each other. first one was objective paper... n after that bryan took me n kah yee to Lintas to eat lunch. haha.. When me and kah yee walked into the shop ( Jia Siang Sen Rou), this table full of men ( yeah...men!! not boys.. lol.) looked at me n kah yee (muahhaa...we know we're hot!), they were like giving us the "hey ladies...look at us. we're cool.." i didnt give them a second look..smokers!! ugghh. then....when bryan finally walk in and sat down beside us (he was parking the car before tht), the guys at the table that were looking at us were a bit shocked...lol. yeah...brayn is a ladies man (well...sorta. he had no choice but to go out with the both of us. =S poor guy...stuck with the two chatterbox girls...who keep talking and always make him late) ! lol.

after lunch, went to take second paper....only 3 questions, man!! how easy is that? haha... i wrote a very long essay too..my hand was so so tired. lol.

anyways, had a great day..... glad that SPM is finally over. can relax... yeah!

tuesday's thoughts..

hmmm...

it was an uneventful day for me. i stayed home *i so guai lerr.. =P* and studied my Eng Lit because im sitting for the English and Literature paper tomorrow! Very few people take this subject and it is quiet hard to get an A. =S
after eating breakfast mmmm mmmm...french toast! i started studying lorr.. i read through FOUR books in one day!! wow... my eyes were so tired. so i guess i can relax for a bit and watch tv tonight. =D hehe..
well....after dinner i had some ice cream. sigh....my half hour of exercise today is wasted. all wasted!!! =D i love ice cream!

hmmm... starting to put together a shopping list for X-mas pressies i love shopping =)
noted down what i wanted to get for my friends and family.... =X shh......

got to start the shopping, man!! next week going to Labuan to buy.....what else?CHOCOLATE! i absolutely LOVE chocolate! hehe....

ahh.. refreshing!

i was so bored today. i woke up quite late....at about 11.40am. i normally dont wake up so late even during the holidays. hmm...guess i had a late night last night.



well....i jus terus went downstairs to get a drink....then i just sat in the kitchen......watching tv.......too lazy to move to any other part of my house.......and just wait.................................and wait.............................................finally..kakak came down... "what do you want to eat?"

aha!!! the question i was waiting for. haha. last few days of the holidays i have made lunch for myself...baked rice, noodles, and whatever i feel lik eating. but today i was just too lazy. so after i eat lunch...i decided i want to relax and do homemade facial!! muahahah..

so..i got an egg, and some honey. (yummy..honey!!) i only used the egg white. mix the egg white together with the honey.... i know...it is kinda disgusting. then i took a brush and apply it to my face.. my first reaction was, hmmm.....not really nice smell. yukks. who likes the smell of raw eggs??? =S

but it was really nice and cooling.. so i wait 20 minutes then washed it off with warm water. had to wash a few times because i didnt want any honey left on my face....i dont want to be a snack for ants!!

mmmm... my face felt so nice and soft and smooth. lol. really...eventhough it was a bit yukkie and very very sticky, it was nice! very relaxing lorr.. way more fun than those facials in packets! haha..



very fun and refreshing.. when im bored at home during the holidays, if i am not out with friends, or eating or sleeping or watching tv, i will be baking cookies, making cakes, and doing facials!!! haha.

tuesday

sigh. i am so bored.

i am half way studying my nilai-nilai for my Moral paper this afternoon. so lazy to sudy them oh!! got so many..need to memorize the kata kunci lagi. but it is easy to memorize la...it's just that my eyes keep closing. =S feel so sleepy. just want to sleep! Zzzz....

yesterday, we sat for Science and Bible Knowledge papers... during our lunch break, one of my friends said "wah..after SPM then we cant see each other lo??" the whole car was silent....(not normal for us to be silent in the car. we always play around and sing along to music together).....we all were thinking how sad it will be not to see each other everyday liao. our SPM gang has really get along well with each other. and i had lots of fun with them. but now...coming to the last few papers of SPM..how?? we wont see each other anymore!! ='(

so we made plans for a huge party after all our SPM papers finish.. and we planned an island trip together... and also we planned two dinners...steamboat and one seafood dinner. haha!!

i will surely miss my SPM friends so so much. we have really bonded well with each other. When the 6 of us are together....it is never quiet!..never boring..

we have been through so much together... studying (yeah right!), scolding (by Mdm. Sue. haha), eating (realy alot of eating!! dont know how many thousands of RM we spent on eating), argueing with each other about silly stuffs, playing (we love to play at arcades and play in our study room), shopping (one borneo, merdeka, warisan, and alot of random places. haha), and talking (our favorite thing to do..talk about our family, persons we dont like, our future..).

i will miss you all so so much!!!!!! xoxo

wow...
what a day!!
today me n my friends sat for our English1,2 and sejarah2 papers..
English was very easy.... and we finished both papers by 11.30am.. so since the sejarah2 only started at 2pm...we all drove to 1borneo for lunch!!
haha.. guess what we ate?? NEW YORK NEW YORK!!!!!!!!!!! we ordered the giant yankee burger...all 6 of us couldnt even finish it o!
after that we walked around and played games at the arcade. then we finally made our way back to SM Likas. we arrive at 2.06pm!! arrr..late late late!! we ran to the exam room. phew.... sat down and stared blankly at our papers.
most of my sejarah2 paper was empty. i jus wrote some words into it... hopefully can get 1 or 2 marks by doing that. haha...
so that's it... we have completed 3 subjects (BM, BI, Sej)

got to study hard tonight. tomorrow's subject is math! both papers in one day...

SPM...only the begining.

Today was my first day of SPM!

the 6 of us from ASAA all gathered at school at 7.30am and went to SMK Likas where we were sitting for the exam. Luckily Cikgu Ivy accompanied us so we didnt feel so nervous. She helped us find our room and told us what to do. Then she stayed a while after the exam started and watched us. haha...like a mom!

Our first paper was BM1! karangan lorr.. one was about pencemaran sungai =S and the other i choose was about my dream place to live. haha... it was ok la. easier than we had expected!
once we all had finished we went to Lido to have breakfast. yumm yumm...

now we have energy to take....sejarah!!!! alamak! we all jus tembak only.. not more than half an hour later, we all walked out of the exam room. lol. kesian cikgu donald eh.
then we drove to damai to drink Yoyo... we were so relaxed! if cikgu ivy was there she probably would have fainted because we didnt even bother to revise our BM novels while we had spare time. then we even drove all the way to Alam Mesra and drove round and then went to drive round Kingfisher to see the nice big houses.

Finally went back to SMK Likas to sit for BM2.
finished that paper in one and a half hours. it was very very easy lor!

i am quite confident that i will pass my BM...but sejarah... hmmmm.....dont need to see de lar. lol
